Join Jewish Federation’s Young Adults Division (YAD) for a virtual kosher wine tasting! YAD is the Jewish community engagement targeted for 24-44 year olds in the KC Community. Engage your senses and enjoy wine in a new way from the safety of your home. This experience will be virtual so feel free to invite your adult children who have moved away or looking for a way to connect.

Sommelier Ben Gaeddert from Hiatus Wine will teach us how to taste wine like a pro, and Rabbi Yitzchak Mizrahi from Vaad HaKashruth of Kansas City will provide a uniquely Jewish experience by discussing what makes kosher wine kosher and how Passover kosher wine is different than other wine.

After the wine tasting, stay for happy hour and chat with new friends!

With your registration, you have the option to purchase red or white wine (or both!), carefully selected by our Sommelier.

Registration for the event is $5 per person; bottles of wine are available for purchase for $15 each. Please RSVP by March 14 to ensure the special order of your wine selections. L’chaim!
